DJ & MC SERVICES
Guaranteed to play non-stop music from the beginning to the last minute of your event, our DJ will cater the music to your taste, play dance hits based on the crowd’s reaction and special requests, and create a custom playlist based on your feedback from our consultation. Our interactive and motivational MC will grab everybody’s attention so he can properly give a warm welcome to the guests before he introduces the family for their entrance, make announcements throughout the night so that the guests are aware of what is going, and mingle with the crowd to create a light and exciting atmosphere. We can also tune down the interaction, depending on if you’d like your event to be a casual dinner or a energetic party.
BARAAT DHOL
Fully dressed in Bhangra Costumes our Dholis will give the Baraat a true traditional feel as they’ll lead the guests from the end of the parking lot, to the entrance of the venue, and even walk the Groom down the aisle to the mandap for a complete Grand Entrance. Our Dholis make sure everybody knows the Groom has arrived!
MOBILE BARAAT MUSIC
Can’t dance to only dhol beats? Then perhaps a little Baraat Music will get those feet moving. Depending our your taste in music we play non-stop hits and MC on the mic to not only control the crowd, but to motivate them and make sure all their hands are in the air as the Groom celebrates his last minutes of singlehood.
CEREMONY MUSIC
Depending on your cultural background we can play Shenaai, Nadaswaram, or Fusion Western music to fill in those empty silence gaps. We’ll play an entrance song for the Bride as she walks down the aisle to the mandap and provide the Pandit with a wireless microphone (lavalier) so everybody can hear the recitals loud and clear. We’ll either do a sad or happy vidaai (farewell) as the B&G exit the building depending on your preference.
LIVE DHOL INTEGRATED WITH THE MUSIC
Our interactive and energetic Dholis can play the drum in-sync with any type of music we play from our sound system to compliment the beats, including Bollywood, Bhangra, Raas, Dandiya, even Hip-hop & Pop during open dance floor.
LED UPLIGHTS
Create an elegant ambiance atmosphere with our LED Uplights to highlight the B&G’s head table, the mandap/stage, accent the cake, the sign-in area, the bar, simply along the perimeter of the walls, or even illuminate the tables. We’ll match the uplights to your color theme and can even have them color-change during dancing.
MOVING HEAD LIGHTS ON ILLUMINATED TRUSSES
Looking for an extravagant light show? Our top of the line Intelligent Moving Heads set-up on 7’ or 9’ vertical Truss Towers can spotlight you for the entrances, cake cutting, first dance, speeches, and even during a dance performance. We can use these lights to scroll a Personalized Gobo/Monogram all around the room, and create a club-like atmosphere during dancing by fully controlling the special effects by computer.
PLASMA & PROJECTOR SCREENS
Plasma & Projector Screens are perfect to show a montage of pictures from childhood memories, or even pictures from the previous events such as the Sangeet/Mehndi, Baraat, & Ceremony. It can also be used to show a slideshow presentation during a speech, thank you messages and fun facts, music videos, or even a live simulcast to make sure everybody has up-front view even if they’re at the other end of the long narrow room (either from our camcorder for a complete set-up or we can connect to the videographer).
PERSONALIZED GOBO/MONOGRAM LIGHT
The Personalized Gobo/Monogram Light can display the B&G’s names or initials, a company logo, a Happy Birthday message, or any image of your choice either on the middle of the dance floor or on a wall (at the entrance, on top of the sweet heart table) to give the room a personal touch. Based on your feedback we’ll even design the gobo/monogram to fit the nature and theme of your event
BHANGRA, BOLLYWOOD, BELLY, & SAMBA DANCERS
Hire our team of dancers to put on an extravagant coordinated performance full dressed in costumes to entertain the guests and even mingle with the crowd to motivate them to get up on the dance floor. They’ll even do a dance lesson to teach them bhangra and bollywood moves, and lead group dances to make sure everybody is moving those feet to the beat of the music!
VIDEO JOCKEY (VJ) SERVICES
Want something more than just the usual DJ? Then perhaps our VJ services will help bring your event to the next level and have your guests raving about it for years. Along with the music we’re playing from our sound system we’ll also show the music video of the song either on a Plasma or Projector Screen for a full audio visual experience. You’ll love watching your guests try to imitate the original dance moves of the song on the dance floor, or listen to them sing along with the song to the scrolling karaoke lyrics on the screen.
COCKTAIL/SOCIAL HOUR
Is your Cocktail/Social hour being held in a separate room or area then the Reception? No problem. We’ll do a second sound set-up for back to back music as guests move from one room to another, and play light background music such as Bollywood Instrumentals, Mehndi/Sangeet songs, Jazz, Orchestra Symphonies, or even Classic American Love Songs as they have appetizers, drink, and chit chat amongst each other. If you’re looking for live entertainment we can also provide you with Tabla & Sitar Players or Pianists.
